The tournament used a placement-plus-elimination scoring system.

Teams earned placement points according to their finishing position in individual matches. The first-place team received 12 points, while second place received 9 and third place received 8. Fourth, fifth and sixth positions received 7, 6 and 5 points respectively.

Teams also earned one point for every elimination. Therefore, simply surviving until the end was not enough. A squad could improve its position considerably by combining strong placement with a high number of kills. 

The tournament also used Booyah and kill totals as tiebreaking factors. If teams were tied, the number of Booyahs was considered first, followed by total kill points and then the best placement in the most recent match.

This scoring model rewarded both aggressive and strategic gameplay.

Dewa United Apollo emerged as the champion of the Kepo.id Free Fire Online Tournament Season 2.
